Good afternoon

 Realizing that it will be near impossible to do in person CTI classes at least for the first part of the year, I have decided to switch to live webinar classes with their instructor. So far although a small sample size customers I have spoken to have been understanding and eager to do the webinar training. Pricing will be the same, have already compared to the competitions webinar training and we are competitive. If conditions change in January we will try to switch back to in person training if we can. Any questions feel free to contact me on my cell below.

Carquest Technical Institute and Worldpac Training Institute (CTI+WTI) have launched two new online webinar-based training programs to provide advanced-level technical and business management training courses. 
World Professional Automotive Community and Virtual Classroom programs are training solutions developed by Worldpac and Carquest, part of the Advance Auto Parts enterprise serving the aftermarket. Courses will feature training led by instructors from CTI+WTI, guest industry leaders and automotive systems experts from OE and premium aftermarket suppliers and manufacturers, CTI+WTI say.
Beginning Tuesday, April 7, World Professional Automotive Community courses will be held weekdays at 5 p.m. Pacific time (8 p.m. Eastern time). Technical classes will be featured on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with management focused classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Virtual Classroom programs, including in-depth programs that build on the CTI+WTI Career Pathways training model, will debut the week of April 6 and be expanded in the coming weeks, CTI+WTI say.

#1 Exceptional Customer Handling Skills
Course Objectives:
·       Grow sales by creating higher levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
·       Develop an understanding of how the service write-up processes affect the customer relationship.
·       Practice using skills and processes associated with building customer trust.
·       Understand the importance of Fixed Right First Time.
Course Description:
Exceptional Customer Handling Skills provides participants with industry best practices that lead to increased customer satisfaction, higher customer retention, and better profitability. Attendees will also learn how to reduce the anxiety of dealing with upset customers. The techniques and industry best practices presented during this highly interactive eight hourseminar will increase your customer experience. This course is appropriate for all skill levels.

#2  Service Counter Selling Skills
Course Objectives:

·       Explore the customer purchase decision process.
·       Practice specific selling situations in real-world context.

·       Understand what makes customers upset
·       Practice a 3-step process to managing an upset customer

Dealing with an upset or disgruntled customer can be a source of significant anxiety to service counter associates. This highly interactive course provides an understanding of how to defuse tense situations associated with failed repairs, mishandled business transactions, and other customer satisfaction challenges. Participants learn and practice valuable skills used to calm customers, resolve customer concerns, and ensure high customer retention for their organization.

#4 Marketing and Sales Tools
Course Objectives:
·       Grow sales through the effective use of specific sales and marketing tools.
·       Create higher levels of customer retention by practicing the effective utilization of sales tools.
·       Recognize when and how to use specific sales related tools.
·       Provide participants an understanding of what tools are available.
Course Description
This seminar focuses on the effective use of an organization’s sales tools. We will introduce participants to available sales tools so that they understand where, when, and how to access the resource. Sales tools both within a given organization, as well as those available to the industry are explored. Participants are given the opportunity to ask questions, present challenges, and practice utilizing these sales tools effectively.

Re-schedule date for Nov CTI Class

Please contact all your CTI enrollees about the date change on the upcoming course scheduled for next week. 
The new dates for the next  cti nights is dec 4 and 5 same time same place.Also course content is changed to: on the 4th it will be electric throttle control and the 5th is wide band sensors...note these were originally scheduled for april 23 and 24. 
Again please notify all your enrollees so they dont go up next week. thanks.
